1. 적용
HearMyVoice를 다운로드하거나 사용하거나 HearMyVoice Pro를 구매하면 본 약관과 Apple의 적용 가능한 미디어 서비스 약관에 동의하는 것으로 간주됩니다.
2. Apple 표준 EULA
앱 사용권에 관하여 본 페이지에서 달리 정하지 않은 사항에는 Apple 표준 라이선스 애플리케이션 최종 사용자 사용권 계약(Standard EULA)이 적용됩니다.

3. 서비스
HearMyVoice는 사용자가 목소리를 녹음하고 반복 재생하며 기록, 분류, 비교 및 연습 자료를 관리하도록 돕는 도구입니다. 앱은 의료, 언어치료 또는 전문 평가 서비스를 제공하지 않습니다.
4. HearMyVoice Pro
월간 구독
월간 구독의 정확한 가격은 구매 화면에 현지 통화로 표시됩니다. 구매를 확인하면 Apple ID로 결제됩니다. 현재 구독 기간이 끝나기 최소 24시간 전에 해지하지 않으면 구독이 자동 갱신되며, 갱신 전 24시간 이내에 같은 금액이 청구됩니다.
평생권
평생권은 한 번 결제하는 비소모성 상품이며, 구매한 Apple ID에서 당시 제공되는 HearMyVoice Pro 기능을 기간 제한 없이 이용할 수 있습니다. “평생”은 특정 기기의 수명이나 이후 추가될 모든 기능의 영구 제공을 의미하지 않습니다.
5. 구독 관리, 해지, 복원
구독은 기기의 설정 > Apple ID > 구독에서 관리하거나 해지할 수 있습니다. 앱을 삭제해도 구독이 해지되지 않습니다. 지원되는 기기에서는 앱의 구매 복원으로 같은 Apple ID의 유효한 구매 권한을 다시 확인할 수 있습니다. 환불은 Apple 정책과 절차에 따릅니다.
6. 사용자 콘텐츠
사용자는 녹음, 가져오기 또는 공유하는 오디오와 텍스트에 필요한 권리를 보유해야 합니다. 타인의 권리 또는 법령을 침해하는 콘텐츠에 앱을 사용해서는 안 됩니다.

1. Agreement
By downloading or using HearMyVoice, or purchasing HearMyVoice Pro, you agree to these terms and the applicable Apple Media Services terms.
2. Apple Standard EULA
Unless this page says otherwise, the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) governs your license to the app.

3. Service
HearMyVoice helps you record, loop, organize, compare, and review voice practice. It does not provide medical care, speech therapy, or professional assessment.
4. HearMyVoice Pro
Monthly subscription
The price is shown in local currency on the purchase screen. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account is charged the same amount within 24 hours before renewal.
Lifetime purchase
The lifetime option is a one-time, non-consumable purchase that unlocks the then-current HearMyVoice Pro features on the purchasing Apple ID without a fixed expiration. “Lifetime” does not mean the lifetime of a particular device or that every future feature will be included.
5. Management, cancellation, and restoration
Manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Restore Purchases checks valid entitlements for the same Apple ID. Refunds follow Apple’s policies.
6. User content
You must have the rights needed for audio or text you record, import, or share. Do not use the app to infringe another person’s rights or applicable law.
